This week, we as in ( a select group ) from The Internet Marketing Inner Circle launched a group project call $20 ways to make $100 a day’. What made this an extraordinary process, is that it went from thought to completion in 3 weeks.

I interviewed Willie Crawford about how to do successful JV’s. The interview is “The Art of the JV and can be found at the Inner Circle Blog. It is free to listen to, and it is about 2 hours of solid information.

During the process of talking about the Art of the JV and getting it posted Willie began to talk doing a Major JV with what some people might call minor players. There are some big names involved namely Willie Crawford and Dr. Mani. Then there are minor players like me Kelvin Brown.

What is unique about this book is that at 247 pages, it really is full of practical info, no fluff. The major point is that each one of the 20 people who wrote chapters in the book are writing from personal knowledge and success. They are all making at least $100 doing exactly what they teach. One problem with many how to make money books, is that the people writing them are not actually making money.

On top of the writers there were others that reviewed the work, organized it, did programing for the sales pages, and more.

Now, this whole concept was not knew, but in the world of Internet Marketing, it was unique because of the speed in which it went from thought, to completion in 3 weeks with over 30 people involved.

The question was asked in the forum, where is your office.

I noticed a few people like me have been sent to the basement.

As you can see from the name of my site, I have embraced my existance in The Dungeon.

Yesterday, I purchased rights to another adsense package. It is advertised as brandnew, but it seems to be the same one I purchased a while back. But that’s ok, this time it says I have purchased resell rights.

Well, I wanted to open and test the package before I put it up for sale on ToGooDToPassUp.com

So, the first thing I noticed is that the sites are ok and will work. However, you should know that on the sites I tested there was a lack of meta tags structure.

Specifically, the titles are all the same for a given subject. If the car insurance has 50 pages, then all 50 pages have exactly the same title tag. And no description or keywords tags.

So the first thing you should do is modify the title tag. For the sake of speed you can just do a random find and replace with random car insurance keywords.

If you have more time, you should just copy the articles complete title to the title tag. With even more time, I would actually change that title some so it is different from the 100’s of others websites.

Again you could also add this or another sentence or 2 to the description tag.

Another item I found was that by the time I got this package, some of the articles for a particual category did not quite belong. So, again with time you may want to scan to see if the articles do fit the category.

Now, I know most of us are getting this because it is quick and easy and we don’t have or want to take the time to make it better. And that’s okay to.

But, if you do take the time, your site will be better than 80% of the other sites out there.

Now, Let’s see what is really good about this package. It is quick. I mean the biggest time to get a site up was actually the downloading of the whole package. Then only a couple of minutes to use the included find and replace tool to change the adsense to your ID. UPload and that’s it.

The other thing that is really good. The sites are very simple. So with just a little knowledge you can rework any of the templates very quickly. You may want to change background color, or even change the adsense to yahoo, chitika or some other monitizing solution. Including affiliate links, like clickbank or ebooks.

I promoted the Adsense FireSale this past week. I noticed in a couple of forums that there was talk of how there are to many adsens type sites and they are not well done and of course the thought of duplication.

I am no SEO expert, but I don’t see the duplication factor as being tight as a lot of people portray.

For me I thought these were decent sites, and even if 1000 are sold, by human nature we can figure that only 20 of the buyers will actually get around to putting up the sites. Probably only 20 percent of those will put up all 40 sites. This alone lessens the chance of duplication.

Then with these sites, the articles are random. Each page has RSS feeds, and Amazon feeds. Again knocking down the chances of of your page being a duplicate of another.

You have the option of changing the sites main keywords. Adding more or less Amazon feeds. Again making for more diversity in your pages.

I do agree that if you have PLR articles it is better if you take the time to make changes.

But overally getting a few ready made sites at $2 or less is a great deal.

This is a picture at, where else, the bar in the JW Marriot. After attending the ‘Who Dunnit” mystery murder at Yanik Silver’s Underground Online Seminar last week.

I waited until Tom and Sean were really happy before I asked if we could take a picture together. Thought it might be easier to get them to agree, and it worked, as you can see.

But we really did have a chance to talk about some old business and possibly some new business under Awebers private label program.

I have had the pleasure of being associated with Russell for almost 3 years. But his visit to Washington DC to attend Yanik Silver’s Underground Online Seminar was the first chance to meet offline.

Russell along with his partner Josh Anderson arrived a couple of days early to hold a session for some of their members before the main event.

I did not know that and was just going to the hotel to see if anyone was hanging out around the bar, for happy hour.

It just happend that I found him and the group in a session. And Russell was kind enough to let me set in, even though I had not been formally invited. The part I was able to sit in on was about affiliate marketing. Russell is young but has quickly shown that he can quickly pull together not just affiliates but super affiliates.

Just a nice guy.
